The prototype is intentionally broader than a website. It is the back-office layer that turns applications, attendance, billing, documents, and reporting into one coherent workflow.
Signup and legal pack
Adult/minor applications, digital signatures, contract previews, and application tracking.
Swimmer records
Profiles, coach assignments, group pricing, adult/minor account handling, and missing-data cleanup.
Attendance
Coach schedules, daily attendance capture, monthly review, and attendance reporting.
Billing and Xero
Invoices, recurring invoice checks, account codes, payments, reports, and Xero export support.
The public website and the management system can share one Cardinal visual language.
This prototype is hosted away from the eventual Cardinal Aquatics domain for now. Once adopted, the club website can be redesigned to match the CAMS styling, signup flow, legal pack, and member communication structure.
